Email: mosesolonode@yahoo.com · Phone: 0807 760 8691
2. Personal data we collect
Quote request form: your name or company name, phone/WhatsApp number, delivery destination or site address, product or service category (PMS, AGO, DPK, LPG, lubricants, logistics), requested quantity, and any notes you add.
Contact form: your name, email address, subject of interest and message.
WhatsApp and phone communications: anything you send us when you contact us through the WhatsApp button or by phone.
Technical data: browser type, device information and pages visited, collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
Consent record: your cookie choice, stored in your own browser.
3. How the website forms work
When you submit the quote or contact form, this website prepares a pre-filled message and opens WhatsApp so you can send it to us. The website itself does not store your form entries on a database. Once you send the message, it is handled through WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms) under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, and it is then held by us on our business phone.
4. Why we use your data and our legal basis
To prepare quotes and respond to enquiries about PMS, AGO, DPK, LPG, lubricants, logistics and merchandise: based on your consent given when you submit a form, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
To deliver products and services you order (dispatch, invoicing, record-keeping): based on contractual necessity.
To keep the website secure and improve it: based on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights and freedoms. Analytics are used only with your consent.
To comply with the law (for example tax, regulatory or court requirements): based on legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.
5. Who we share data with
WhatsApp / Meta, as the channel you use to send us your enquiry.
Logistics partners, depots, drivers and suppliers, only to the extent needed to fulfil an order you have placed.
Professional advisers, regulators or law-enforcement bodies, where required by law or to protect legal rights.
6. Transfers outside Nigeria
Messaging services such as WhatsApp may process data on servers outside Nigeria. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards the NDPA permits, such as the recipient’s adequate data-protection measures or your consent.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and quote records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and customer, invoicing and delivery records for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights under the NDPA
You may ask us to:
confirm whether we hold your personal data and give you a copy (access);
correct inaccurate or incomplete data (rectification);
delete your data where there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it (erasure);
restrict or stop processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
provide your data in a portable format, where applicable; and
withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before you withdrew.
To exercise any right, email mosesolonode@yahoo.com with the subject “Data Request”. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within the time limits set by law.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).

These Terms of Service govern your use of the M. O. ENERGY LOGISTICS website and your interactions with our sales operations through it. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About our services
M. O. ENERGY LOGISTICS markets oil and gas products (P.M.S., A.G.O., D.P.K., L.P.G.), lubricants, logistics and haulage services and general merchandise. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.
2. Quotes are estimates, not offers
Any figure, volume or price discussed through the quote request form is an estimate only and is not a binding offer.
Prices of petroleum products change with prevailing market conditions and are subject to applicable NMDPRA (Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority) regulations and directives.
Product availability, transport costs and delivery timelines depend on supply, depot loading, route and logistics conditions at the time of order.
A sale only exists once we confirm price, quantity, delivery terms and payment terms with you in writing (for example by invoice or signed agreement). Our written confirmation then governs that transaction.
3. Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and to give accurate information in forms. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access, submit false or fraudulent enquiries, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
4. Intellectual property
The company name M. O. ENERGY LOGISTICS, its logo, branding, text, images and other website content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or use our branding or content without our prior written permission.
5. Third-party services and links
This website relies on third-party services such as WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, delays or disruptions by third-party logistics providers, depots, regulators or carriers, or from events outside our reasonable control (including supply shortages, road conditions, strikes, civil disturbance, regulatory changes and acts of God).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, arising from use of this website or reliance on estimates shown on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.
7. Privacy and cookies
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
